Perfect location to downtown and CSU

Wonderful place!
We had an excellent time at this very cozy place. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen excellent, and the house has a very enjoyable dining and living room. One of the bedrooms has bunk beds that kids will love and a great little desk. The enclosed front porch is a beautiful, rustic spot to drink coffee or have a chat. The house is located in a wonderful part of town, with good walking access to downtown, the CSU campus, and a wide variety of restaurants and shops. The backyard is a fun place to hang out with family or friends; there are horseshoes, cornhole, and a gas fire table. The owners of the place are kind, considerate, and genuine people. Great Stay!
Very comfortable stay in an excellent location. We were easily able to walk to both CSU campus and Old Town. We also rode the bikes that are included.
