BATHROOM: ¾ bathroom with walk-in shower. We also include hair dryers, soap, shampoo, and conditioner for every guest stay.

Awesome spot

Great home base while dropping daughter off at CSU
Thanks for a quiet and clean place to stay while we dropped our daughter off at CSU. Close to old town, did not need to drive at night when grabbing dinner. Parking was good. Close to CSU and Old Town!
Great place in an awesome location! Super close to CSU and Old Town. The unit feels very private and secluded, including the big patio space. The inside is very clean and updated. There are a ton of restaurants, coffee shops, etc within 2 blocks. I'll stay here again if I'm back in Fort Collins. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Space!
Stacy’s space is wonderful! My boyfriend and I did not want to leave! It’s walking distance to a lot of restaurants and breweries as well as the CSU botanical gardens which were super nice to walk through. Highly Recommend!
This is a great place to stay when visiting Fort Collins! Everything was as described. Check-in was speedy and easy, the bed was comfortable, and the entire place was spotless when I arrived. Stacy was a great communicator and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. A nice perk was the private parking space tucked away from the main road. I highly recommend this place if you are exploring Fort Collins or just passing through.

Incredible Stay!
It was an incredible stay and was in a great location. The heat for the unit seems to have come from the bedroom and bathroom so the bedroom and bathroom doors are needed to stay open to heat up the rental. Other than that, it was great!

Awesome Property
Stayed here for 3 days. Space was very clean, comfortable and smelled good. Walking distance to CSU and old town. Beds are comfortable and portable AC units are a nice touch. Stacy is a great property manager and provided timely communication and instructions. There are lots of excellent places to eat and drink so make sure to research ahead of time best places for you. Perfect Location!
This is in the perfect location. It's within walking distance of several great coffee shops and restaurants, and even a Target. The space was clean and comfortable.
