This stylish home is the perfect home base for your NoCo adventure! Enjoy a fun-filled day paddle boarding at Boyd Lake, head up to Fort Collins for a brewery tour, or take a day trip to Rocky Mountain National Park and enjoy an afternoon in Estes. Or check-out a kayak for paddling around the lake and take a leisurely walk at sunset. Then head home to spark up the grill and spend the evening laughing with friends around the outdoor fire pit before sinking into bed for a restful sleep. Memories are made here!

KITCHEN: Fully equipped chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen island, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: There is a main level half bathroom and two full bathrooms upstairs. We also include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

There is a beautiful walking trail and you can even check-out their two kayaks for lake use during your stay! Please be respectful of the conservation regulations related to the lake and surrounding area.
