The rental features all newer furnishings with a cozy lodge feel, a plush king-sized bed and a great patio for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine. You will love the location, quiet neighborhood, and tree-lined streets. Just imagine exploring Fort Collins easily on foot or bike, enjoying local food and music, and then relaxing in our beautifully remodeled home!

From the Bear’s Den, you can easily walk to restaurants, nightlife, shopping and yoga or head to the Farmers Market and pick up some local produce. You can also grab our cruiser bikes to ride along the Poudre River Trail or embark on a self-guided brewery tour. In the evening, we invite you to visit nearby restaurants such as Nick’s Italian and The Colorado Room to enjoy some local eats. Then head home and enjoy the games and books provided that give this home a charm that reminds you of a local lodge!

KITCHEN: Large kitchenette with full-sized stainless-steel refrigerator and dishwasher; microwave, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener. Please note that there is not a stove/oven.
BATHROOM: ¾ bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.
GENERAL: Free WiFi, stacked washer/dryer, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, cleaning essentials.
PARKING: One dedicated parking spot off of the alley

Great Place
We loved this small and cozy rental. Even though there was no stove we were able to have a comfortable take-out dinner with my son & his family. Bright space. Easy walk to Old Town

Beautiful and comfortable
When we arrived at the Bear's Den we were very pleased with the property. It was modern, comfortable and in the perfect location. It came with everything we needed for a great visit. The patio with the fire pit was so nice to sit around with our son, who we were visiting, and we even used the grill to cookout. Quiet and cozy
This was our second stay. The location is great above a garage so it’s quiet and convenient with its own parking spot. Great location close to CSU. Great space!
Wow! This apartment has all that you need and is so comfortable. We spent four days here and enjoyed every minute. It is within walking distance of Old Towne so easy to go for coffee, food or shopping. It does not have an oven but we were able to use the grill for some meals which worked out great. The Bear's Den was by far our favorite!

We stayed in several places in Colorado during our "Tour of Colorado" travels, but I must say The Bear's Den was by far our favorite. We felt so comfortable and at home. Hats off to whoever was part of the design and furnishings. The layout was amazing for such a small space.
You were wonderful in keeping us informed and making sure everything was perfect. Thank you. You were like a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much for being such a great host. Hope to visit you again.
