Enjoy serene walks or bike rides along miles of scenic lakefront paths, with two beautiful lakes right in the neighborhood. Beyond the peaceful setting, you're centrally located—just minutes from Downtown Loveland, a short drive to Fort Collins, and within easy reach of Rocky Mountain National Park. Denver is also just under an hour away, making this the perfect home base for exploring all of Northern Colorado.
