Located directly across from Horsetooth Mountain Park, this home is ideal for guests who want to hike, bike, boat, and explore all day—then return to a quiet, restful space just 20 minutes from Old Town Fort Collins.
Just outside the door, the Soderberg Trailhead offers miles of hiking and mountain biking, while Horsetooth Reservoir is nearby for swimming, paddling, and boating. With no neighbors in front or behind the home, enjoy unobstructed foothills views and beautiful sunsets from the deck.

INDOOR LIVING: Two Smart TVs, a dining table with seating for six, board games, ceiling fans, a laptop-friendly workspace, card table, pool table, and multiple living areas.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: There is a full bathroom on each level. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

PARKING: Two vehicles may park in the driveway; one additional vehicle or small boat (up to 22 ft) may park in the gravel area. Garage has low clearance and fits a small car only. Three cars maximum – no street parking available.

Amazing Location!
Amazing location! Trails are literally across the street. You can access the shore from the cabin at Dixon Cove 5 mins walk we brought a wagon and spent the mornings lakeside. Also really smooth quiet street for kids to bike/ride on!!

Exceptional Colorado Experience
Want to get away....? this home is the way to see and enjoy all that CO has to offer. Excellent space, clean, and accessible to Horsetooth Reservoir and all the nearby trails and parks, plus it is an easy, beautiful trek to downtown Fort Collins. Such a Lovely House!
I fell in love with this place as soon as I saw the pics of the surroundings; fell further in love when I saw the pics of the house itself; and although I was a little nervous about doing business with an unfamiliar company, it turned out my fears were completely unfounded. The people from Mountain Time were great to deal with--I didn't have any issues while I was there, so I can't speak to their response on maintenance questions and such, but I can say they were prompt in sending me the information I needed when I needed it before and during my stay. Very professional. As for the house, well, it's gorgeous, and it is so well-appointed with everything you need! Nice and clean, and so comfy. Kitchen has anything you could need, and there's even coffee, sugar, creamer, salt/pepper, and spices provided! The location can't be beat--trails so close to the house, gorgeous views from the windows, and just a few minutes to walk to be next to the water at Dixon Cove--a nice, quiet spot to sit by the water and read a book. Amazing Stay!
